Tag Cost
The tags on each inspection point is a measurement of a people’s physical attendance. Therefore, we will have at least 1 tag for each inspection point and the inspector will have to physically arrive to scan the tag there, so to ensure his attendance.
The following tags are supported in 313fm:
QRCODE – Free of charge, self-print。It is suggested to laminate the QRCODE so it can last longer. Due to the congenital design, some customers may find it is NOT 100% reliable, that’s why 313fm provides a function to enforce a site photo submission for every check pint during inspection.
The advantage of this approach is, all the mobile phones support this function.
NFC TAG – Uses the Near-Field-Communication technology, which is 100% reliable and attendance guaranteed.
BT Beacon – This is Bluetooth Beacon, which is almost the same mechanism as NFC, as reliable as NFC, and it is supported by almost all the phones (iOS and Android), but the disadvantage is, it uses battery and need to be replaced periodically (every 12-15 months)
GPS – No physical labelling (installation) is required. In general, they are used by the customers where the tags are unable to be installed, for example the sea coast patrol, or the railway inspection etc.

Quite often, there are ad-hoc tasks or service requests requires follow up for an enterprise. For example, an equipment failure or nasty public area was observed during inspection, or even a call for onsite service assistance for a tenant, all those can be easily catered by creating a Work Order via mobile phone. With the automated workflow, the order will be dispatched to the corresponding person instantly on their mobile phones. i.e. the equipment oil-leakage issue will be sent to the engineering department or the contractors and the workspace cleaning order will be sent to the cleaning personnel.
All the designated parties can then start managing their orders, take photos, report status and ultimately close them.

If you don’t have the Group Dispatch privilege, the common approach for multiple people to pick an order is to sign in with a common account and input the real name upon work completion.

This allows user to use the mobile phone GPS function to certify if the assignee has been to designated location. In the <Inspection Point> application, the GPS function will be available.

This is the Report Email Template Numbers. All reports in 313fm.com can be emailed automatically in addition to instant execution. One same report can be sent to unlimited email addresses. However, as the report can have multiple parameters (for example the executor or the assignee, repot date range etc), so the report can have multiple templates, 1 set of parameters belongs to 1 template.
For example, the following table illustrates the 2 templates (2 sets of parameters) for the same report to serve 2 different group of people. Because some of them require the report daily and some of them need it monthly.

313fm comes with visitor management application for authorized customers to manage their daily IN/OUT visitors. The application provides 2 types of management:
1.
For appointed visitors – Tenants or Residents raise the application request in advance, fill in all the details of the guests and send the QRCODE to visitor (the QRCODE is generated by system) upfront, then the building security officer can scan the guest QRCODE to verify and authorize the visit.
2.
For ad-hoc visitor – The guest should scan the QRCODE code with their mobile phones and input all the details in a guest form, the security officer will then verify these information and authorize the visit.
System provides search, enquiry and print for all the IN/OUT activity logs.

The system continuously monitors the status of personnel if they are under normal working conditions. If a person becomes unconscious or unresponsive for a period of time, the system will sound an alarm to attempt to awaken the device owner. If there is still no response, the system will notify the backend for further alerting. Just carry your phone with you, no additional equipment required., The safety guards patrolling the inspection routes ensure that every mission is worry-free and secure!
Other non gold card package users can also purchase Safety Guard separately.
