The checklist can be automatically generated each day according to the morning and evening inspection times, allowing staff to conduct a series of pre-opening checks on the restaurant’s kitchen.

4. Ingredient Inventory:

Using Work Orders in Emergencies

If during the course of inspection, or in the daily work of the store staff, it is found that the existing facilities have broken down and need to be repaired, or other services need to be followed up by relevant personnel, a work order can easily be created using a mobile phone.
After receiving this work order (which requires that the 313fm app is installed on their phone), the maintenance engineer or equipment contractor must go to the scene to scan the QR code or NPC tag. This will record their arrival time and is to be used as proof of work commencement. After completing their work, they can directly click complete on their phone. The enterprise management can easily print an analysis report, or the system automatically sends the analysis report in the form of an e-mail.
