The entire 313FM system contains the following three components :
Cloud System
NFC Tag/Beacon/QRCODE/GPS
Mobile APP
- The cloud system is used to manage users’ check points, inspection routes, frequencies & schedule, management reports, and other functions. In this trial, we will learn how to review the patrol result and generate the patrol reports on the cloud system
- On site electronic tags, 313fm.com generally use Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, or QRCODE to ensure people arrival. But during the trial phase, you can only use QRCODE, and when officially run, we will provide NFC tags free of charge according to the plan you participate
- Mobile app, this is how people do the physical patrol and inspection. We will now start trial on this
You have now logged in as Guard on your phone, next, please follow the guidelines to trial run the patrol and inspection.
Continue with the following steps.
After scanning, answer simple questions according to the APP’s inspection checklist or take photos where necessary
If during the inspection process, it is found that follow-up is necessary (such as the lighting failure, oil leakage, etc.), then click ‘Need Follow up’ button to report a Work Order
If any abnormalities are found during the inspection process, but there is no need for follow-up, you can simply check “Abnormal Inspection Point” and take photos if necessary

Still use ‘Account Login’ and sign in with the same account. After logging in, click on the menu on the left to view the data
After entering, you can see all the unfinished and completed inspection forms. The page is as follows:
You can find the inspection form you just completed on your phone through the search and filtering boxes above.
The inspection results of each inspection form are clear at a glance, for example, the inspection form shown in the figure below has 2 anomalies and 1 event report
