The account should be registered with the mobile phone number binding, please use the mobile phone number that has not been bound to the 313 cloud inspection account. When users register and use this service, 313 Cloud Inspection needs to collect personal information that can identify the user for the service. At the same time, you can contact users when necessary, or provide users with a better experience.
2. User personal privacy information protection
We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of user information. We only collect the necessary data to provide users with a better experience.
a.
The registration information you provide is the contact number and company name.
b.
When we provide services, the contact number and company name are used as the basis for identifying you as our customer, so that we can better understand how you use our services, so as to better serve you, including software certification and upgrades.
c.
In the process of using app, you will be required to use your mobile phone camera, microphone, NFC, Bluetooth and GPS positioning information. The purpose of the camera is to scan the QR code to complete the check-in of the inspection point and take photos of the on-site inspection only when the inspection is on; the microphone is to record the on-site inspection video only when the inspection is on; the NFC and Bluetooth are to scan the NFC or Bluetooth electronic tag to complete the check-in of the inspection point only when the inspection is on; the GPS is to record the inspection point only when the inspection is on Figure trajectory.

We will not disclose your information to any other third parties except for the requirements of the administrative and judicial departments.
3. Use Rules

Any content transmitted or published by users in or through this service does not reflect or represent, nor should it be deemed to reflect or represent the views, positions or policies of SAMEX, and SAMEX does not assume any responsibility for this.

Users shall not use the 313 cloud inspection to conduct behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of SAMEX or services without express authorization.
c.
The user shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and effectiveness of the information transmitted using the 313 cloud inspection service. Any legal responsibility related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by the user. Irrelevant. If damage is caused to SAMEX or a third party, the user shall compensate according to law.
